JUNE - Italy - Media, Prova Radicale Notizie Radicali publishes an illustrated supplement: Prova Radicale. Five of these supplements came out, before the publication closed in March 1977. Mario SIGNORINO was the Chief Editor. 20/21 JUNE - Italy: Rome - General Election First four Radical deputies elected to the Italian Parliament: Emma BONINO, Adele FACCIO, Mauro MELLINI, Marco PANNELLA. 28 JULY/1 AUGUST - Italy: France - Antimilitarism "First International March of the Nonviolent Antimilitarists," with the traditional Trieste-Aviano march being extended to the Franco-German border, along the Metz-Verdun route. The march then transferred to Sardinia to demonstrate against the installation of the nuclear submarine base at La Maddalena. The march was to last thirty days, and participants covered the 400km, through Italy and France, on foot. The main theme of the march was the conversion of military apparatuses and budgets into industrial ones.
